As important as this MOU, is that fact one now exists and is from a large player.  This now breaks the ice and lets the other dominant industry players know that POETs tech can start to move.  Pending a tech that trumps POET, which doesn't seem likely in short frame, this should lead to a domino effect, and the materialization of bigger and continued partnerships.

Hoping this is where we are after such a long wait...finally be at the beginning.   :)

It has been a learning experience, but luckily will be worth all the wait.
