I find it so interesting that they kicked the monolithic chip down the road....obviously was going to require significant amounts of cash to get across the goal line...so what do you do?

You use something you already have acquired (Bill Ring and the dielectrics) and put it to work now because it is still far better than anything out there currently.

Assuming this product is successful, it generates lots of income to further develop, and produce the monolithic holy grail...I see they still like the "speed of light at the cost of copper" line...

At which point POET becomes a household name.

It's brilliant I tell you.
