It is not what I was expecting but it is an indication that POET is not selling the farm to anyone. In other words they are paying their development costs so they do not have to do any sweetheart deals. In the big scheme of things I don't think this represents that much dilution and I don't think it will take long for the share price to continue its upward momentum. There has been a tremendous demand for this stock lately and I expect they had to limit the offering to what they felt they needed to make the manufacturing commitments.
