Well, I am sure part of it is the 20+% discount from Friday's close, in addition to 1/2 warrant. Then there is the potential of the "disruptive" technology (which is what I like), but I doubt it is the potential for $3,000 per share (a little humor).

Good to have money in the bank, not fond of the dilution, but without money in the bank, things could have got a lot worse.
