The company has no authorization from shareholders for a reverse split, so if you and many others were to vote in favour of it, assuming the company asked for authorization, then I suppose it could become reality, but it seems highly unlikely.

If this company is successful then 350M shares, or there abouts, will be a good number for liquidilty, although clearly I would rather that number be closer to 100M.

You should vote SV off the island with your shares next AGM seeing you have no faith in his abilities, but I think you will be lonely.
