I'm sorry, but what I have failed to understand for 8 years now.......(yeah, that hurts to say sometime)...is why no company or partner in the tech world has not forked over some decent cash to co-develop? We keep having these ridiculous offerings and keep diluting. Sure, they need funds to continue to develop the tech. Heard that for years now. We've heard they didn't want to give up the secret GaAs sauce, and then it gets shelved. Now it is the integrated dielectric sauce we need to keep all to ourselves.
If this is the holy grail, then get selling a very small part of that grail and quit using your long-time stakeholders as a money bag. Give up a tidbit........1%, 2%, whatever little tidbit is needed for a decent partner - and get the cash you need to get products to market with this sauce. This has been talked about for eons -- and nothing has ever come of the talk!
So what did our "Preferred Co-Development Partner" chip in in CASH to become our very special buddy? I say when they finalize this deal with Accelink, there better be some CASH on the table or these Monday morning dilutions will continue to our detriment for............well......for who knows how long.
