I agree BCD, it's not ideal, as with just about everything else here.....but, at least they are showing some confidence, which should help us.

Honestly, I'm surprised there are not laws preventing insiders from participating in financings for the reasons you outlined.

And yes, this is the way it works.....retail gets the leftovers...
