I’m sure that Suresh wakes up every morning thinking how he can manipulate the Venture game and screw over shareholders! 

They are in the heat of growing a tech business in a pool of eager companies wanting the same thing as they (we) want. 

As of now options are how they get paid and I hope they succeed because so will I (we) 

Maybe as far as separating “typical “ venture start up tactics maybe give him a ring and give him some advice. 

He is tech smart yes,  and he has also surrounded himself with intelligent people to support his vision. 

They will stand out and shine and if you can’t see that or wait at least get out or stop posting.
