Getting financial statements and md&a filed does take a concerted and coordinated effort. Having them filed within the first two weeks of April is not unrealistic but understand the auditors need to perform their review and sign off, then the audit committee needs to review and approve before then recommending to the board of directors for ultimate approval before filing. Take into consideration the task of coordinating the schedules of the committee and board members itself. I think we should happy to see them any time before mid-month and not read anything into how it may or may not fit with other company activities. Having them pre-market on Monday would nice but it shouldn't be viewed critically if we don't get them later in the month, it won't change the numbers and it won't necessarily change or alter other activities. Just my opinion....
