In This Thin Rain posted a message and link on the "off topic" side that I think everyone should read. We have often talked about the possible connection between a lack of technical advances and manufacturing equipment that may have delayed PoET's ability to meet certain developmental requirements in the wafer stack for both GaAs and InP structures.
Dr. Subhash Deshmukh, who used to be our tech guy, is now Chief Business Officer of Mattson Technology. Their new wafer processing line may be the link. Could some equipment from them be Malaysian bound?
Even if the answer is no, good find ITTR!
IMO, of course
Enjoy the weekend y'all
