Message: Warrants, options, units, shares

HD, it's not easy to figure out that's for sure!

First of all, it wasn't "some people" that bought the over allotment, it was the underwriter syndicate of Cormark/Wainwright.

The over allotment was 3,272,700 Units (share and 1/2 warrant) at $0.52

However, there was also the option for them to buy Units and Warrants. If they chose that route, then there were 1,636,500 Units and 1,636,500 Warrants if they were purchased together. Then it was $0.52 for the Unit and $0.035 for the Warrant for a combined total price of $0.555.

Keep in mind that the warrants, either two 1/2 ones from the Unit or a single Warrant still have to be exercised (coverted to a share) at a price of $0.75, which is still about $0.35 above today's price.

It's still a gamble of sorts, as they are hoping for a sp above that threshold within the next 2 years

Hope that helps.....
