JOB DESCRIPTION

To be responsible for the photolithography processes and ensure the required process performance of Lithography tools like nanoimprinters, contact printers and steppers to support compound semiconductor (InP and GaAs) volume semiconductor manufacturing. Denselight’s product portfolio consists of SLED’s, DFB, Quad PIN’s, ECL and VCSEL’s. Denselight is an innovative company manufacturing opto-electronic devices for the sensing and data communications markets. 
 
  • Sustain and improve process / SPC to meet quality, cost, productivity requirements.
  • Create and Analyze SPC charts and do proper annotation to maintain quality troubleshooting rate for SPC OOC. Understand Cp and Cpk indices.
  • Monitor critical SPC charts daily. Perform process window study and provide improvement plan to reduce OOC and improve CPK.
  • Analyze split lot, DOE data, WAT data using PDF Spotfire tool and Excel.
  • Establish CAS / procedures to be followed and work with other departments for resolution if required.
  • Setup and troubleshoot recipes/ job files in all metrology tools within the Module. Must have ability to create litho recipes on contact printers.
  • Startup and qualify new process and new equipment within scheduled timeline. Work closely with Equipment Engineer on new equipment acceptance.
  • Interfaces with supplier and customer quality representatives concerning quality and assure that effective corrective action or improvement is implemented.
Minimum Experience
 
Bachelor/Master’s Degree (electrical / electronic / Mechanical / Microelectronics / Chemical process Engineering / Chemistry / Physics)
 
  • 5 years or more working experience in Lithography Process with experience in using steppers and/or contact printers.
  • Team Player, flexible and able to support overtime.
  • Good ownership and accountability. Self motivated, meticulous, and disciplined. Must be willing to work in a fast moving and innovative photonics environment.
  • Strong driven passion to obtain results
    Possesses strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality and Operations,
    Understanding process validations. Experience using Lean Manufacturing tools.
    Knowledge of up-to-date production and automation equipment, processes, designs and functions
    Strong knowledge of photolithography process
