Today 58 Qtrade could well be part part the "they" you are alluding to. Non-sense asks (2) of 183k shares sitting there @ .41 since around 11:50am this morning. If I really wanted to sell 183k shares I wouldn't show my hand like this. Especially when the bid is thinner. Think about it for a sec.
