We know that the SP can be "allowed" or "encouraged" to run as we witnessed prior to the bought financing.
If I was looking to take a healthy stake in a company with some upside, I would want to buy shares on sale. And without being accused of culturally generalizing, this is especially true with investors from certain countries that we may be associated with. We've been told retail price is .65, the mid term upside could be $2.00, so .39-.42 is a GREAT deal.
The volume isn't terrible...it's steady.
