Well, Breeze, assuming you quick assessment is correct, then releasing Friday afternoon is fine.  Something new and great should be held till Monday, something awful would be now, and something not dramatic - Friday afternoon is also cool.  Of course, this release does not preclude something positive being released next week.

Not responding to Breeze here, but as far as people ("they") holding the stock down - c'mon, guys, that's a loser's argument.  The sad truth is that you could have followed the POET story for many years, and had you waiting, today would have been a much better time to get in than almost anytime in the last five years, except for our sojourn in the low .20's.  But that's not the way it works for 95% of humans (who are willing to invest in speculative stocks).  So, we're in good company.
