And how much would Tesla need to break even? And since how many years now? And what is their market cap?

If the same valuation methods would be applied we would certainly be somewhere else with our SP. 

I know, TSX.V, Pink Sheets, no POET products yet. But anyway, Tesla is liked by the market and POET not. Which may have to do with lost trust.
