The crazy thing Rick is that there are companies that can manage to time an RS and do well. I surely hope this is not what is moving the share price lower.

IMV announced they seaking approval to do a reverse split to get on the NASDAQ and the stock has been going up but clearly it is being managed very well. I can't believe POET would contemplate such a move. Not now. If so I will be voting against it if this is what is going on but I really hope that is not the case because this would be crazy timing.
