Attention! Finally I doubt if POET can know how many shares are owned by US-citisens - besides the owners are filed insiders from the US!

I guess POET just can know how many shares are kept in an US depository. If I from Germany or John from the US are buying shares at TSX in Vancouver, they will end up in a Canadian depository.
