I think you are setting yourself up for unecessary disappointment.

In my opinion, the "Special" mtg will not be special .... just some small points outside of the standard AGM agenda. When there are other minor points outside of the usual, typical AGM agenda, it is called a "Special" mtg. 

Rough timelines for the very meaningful next steps, in my perspective, from what we have learned in recent NR's are :-

1.0  Production samples to Accelink in Q3 (I expect this would be confirmed in a NR).

2.0  Qualification of those samples in Q4 with a Sales Agreement (definitely a NR).

Anything above that, including ISRO, is a bonus.

Points 1.0 and 2.0 alone will launch the SP firmly up and to the right.

I expect a very Merry Xmas.
