I think the AGM generally has occured in June, at least in the last three - five years.
Gosh, these options are killing us - just think where the stock would be now if there weren't any outstanding options! What's that you say?
In an ideal world, they would set the strike price at $.45 to $.55; as the world is not ideal, I suspect they won't, but it would be a real sign of solidarity with current shareholders if they did. I don't put it past them, but we'll obviously wait and see. I will say I'd like for all of you who are grousing about options now, to be grousing at them when the stock is $2, but would have been at $2.50 but for the grant of cheap options. I'd be okay with that.
I actually think management works pretty darn hard (disruption is not easy), and if they bring this (longshot) home, they deserve a fine reward, as do the shareholders. I'm very willing to share for a difficult job well done.
