I voted against the stock option plan and withheld for several of the board nominations including Suresh.

I highly doubt it will make any difference, but that's really our only recourse; that or to sell at these ridiculously low prices and a significant loss.  After all, not all of us are getting a nice bargain price option top up to round out our portfolio in a few weeks ;)
