That's what it looks like on the surface, but yet the market disagrees... I agree both are solid companies to be associated with, so where is the value associated with the tech that we are offering, or is it, they are just doing us a favor, or themselves a favor by allowing us to piggyback on there coattails?  I don't know anymore, if this was any other company we would be seeing $ signs in the stock price.  All I am hearing is crickets, if I could get out of this I would, but I am so far under water it is excruciating.  I agree this is a great step forward IF the deal is for POET's benefit and not everyone else's.
