I feel there is no basis for the outbreak of gloom mongerey here given the realistic report delivered by PTI's CEO at the AGM. What emerged was rational optimism that illuminated for me that decisions were being made on the clear understanding of what customers requirement were, SV was successful in determining this to the point that SV commented that it was humbling to hear customer reactions. This is such an important skill.
To me they, the management, clearly displayed the qualities necessary given where this VENTURE company is in its development cycle. The company is on target with their previously stated milestones and new ones set are attainable. I am impressed by the balance and discretion that was demonstrated regarding issues like uplisting and rewarding to keep and attract talent staff and not reward management, th7s recognising retail concerns that such rewards for management must only come with commensurate performance of SP. I read into their confidence that our patience will be rewarded. They display a level of integrity that I admire.
Frankly, given the serendipidous misfortunes that befell this company in its early post Conetti era, Suresh Venkateson should be rega4reg as a marvel and to be congratulated for getting this company to its current state of heavily pregnant potential.
Our patience is mandatory. I very much regret that some have thrown the towel in based on the emotional status of the SP, but remain convinced management, who after all, know what's ahead in the remaining quarters of 2018, sense they can be magnanimous about personal reward for their hard work.
The 'Jewel in the crown', anticipated, was admitted by the fact that it could have been denied but wasn't.
The AGM was a triumph to my mind establishing far greater confidence in my over committment to the POET venture gamble.
Glooms take heart your anxieties will fade soon.
