Just a thought from Oz's comment that we may not hear about it if the Department of Defense is involved.

Question, if this is a material event to Poet are they not obligated to publicly disclose irrespective of whether its a state secret? I think they would be obligated to disclose the fact that they have been awarded the contract but the internal details of the agreement may not be publicly disclosed.

Thoughts?
