There is a big part of me that believes what Geoff designed will be achieved as processes and technology to precisely alter material properties catches up (maybe it has?).

In the mean time we have immediate needs to address big industry with what this company has perfected in the dielectric optical interposer…or just simply CMOS solid state optical integration. Free space optics…bad. Active optical alignment …bad. POET does not use free space optics. Refractive index adjustment is inherent in the design with limited thermal adjustment. A very sweet technology that I truely believe will become the standard.

A friend of mine continues to remind himself of this.
