You held on to PET quite a while.  Now you're holding onto APPLE until Tim Cook comes out and states, "Poet who?"  How can I be so assured "that the Apple development does not contain any POET IP."  Well, like you, I can't rule it out completely, but I can rule it out 99% worth. How - the share price has whispered it to me.  Not everyone can hear it, I guess, as it's very subtle and soft. 

"it's fun to mock the afflicted" - not a fair comment on my style.  I do enjoy joking around, to be sure, but I try to do it in fun and I try not to do it to the "afflicted."  If you mean by "afflicted" those that I believe to be delusional (or extremely optimistic in light of the past 6 or so years), then yes, I do.  However, the danger is that the delusional may serve to delude others.  This is not where a person wants to have a majority of their investment/retirement.  If they have been that unlucky over the years to be in that position, well they've lost a lot of money.  And believe me, I'm not at all saying that they can't get it all back and then some. I'm hoping for that very ship to come in myself.

But a lot of my posts are done more as a release, a self-deprecating humor sort of thing, cuz, guess what, I'm in here as deep as many ofmy fellow posters.

Mono, there are times I misread posts, the one of yours to which I replied was not one I misread.  How it struck me may have been different from what you intended, but that's a different issue.
