Given that most of these companies/prospective customers would be 'professionally managed' or 'publicly traded' entities they would most assuredly have Corporate Governance policies that would be imposed on their employees. Having said that, if one of their employee wishes to act beyond the boundaries of their policies then they run the risk of being caught and would be exposed to the penalties and or punishment.
