MS, Shenzhen, Guangdong is both the Silicon Valley and the Area 51 of China. There is more semiconductor R&D going on there on any particular day than almost anywhere else in the world. Accelink does indeed have developmental and manufacturing capacity there (Dr. Ben Chen spilled that one). It is worth noting that many of the European developers have links to the area as well.
