I’d be mighty concerned if he accepted such a derisory offer. Anything above the current sp would be scoffed at by him.  There has to be a major incentive for him to join, aside from the potential. I don’t see it as managements lack of confidence. Do you honestly believe that junkers? If you do then I’d certainly be selling. JMHO
