Good catch ITTR! https://www.linkedin.com/in/konstantin-anchukov/
In my humble opinion, this is the watershed addition to the staff that the engineering types like me have been looking for. This guy is VERY good, he's young and focused and an achiever. Much like Miro (the fixer) was for BBPhotonics, Konstantin will be for PoET.
He is the "tool maker" and the forward thinking guy that looks around the a corner for what will be needed next instead of banging his head against the present. From his bio- "Developed low temperature (80C, 125C, 150C) and low stress PECVD recipes for a-Si deposition on top of dielectric layers."
As a PoET employee, he will likely be in charge of overseeing what some here have interpreted as a "yield problem" and liasing with Malaysian engineers now that production has been turned over to Silterra
IMO of course
