I  beg forgiveness of the forum for  keeping this  alive but I  just read DH's post again and found it ironic:

 I never called it an accurate picture? And it was not  a cherry pick it was simply an example of the first person on the SEDI list that bought into  the financing. 

What I  said was: I have no idea how  you came up  with that number but let’s look at an example. If you do  a query on  SEDI for  2018 the first insider on that list who participated in the raise is David Lazovsky the Executive Chairman.
