I never said I have an open channel to the company. I am sorry if that is the impression that you received from my post. I guess I need to choose my words more carefully.

 I am sure they will provide an update with the quarterly report or news when they feel it is appropriate to do so with material information. I actually think it would be offensive to suggest that but that is just me.
