Oz, have to agree with your thought that this assembly may not see production, but what I find reassuring is that Denselight is on point with their laser R&D work, as required by the EDB in Singapore and is continuing to develop new ideas and possible products in house, while PoET moves forward with the now contracted out portion of the work associated with manufacturing the interposer.
