I am beginning to think that Oz may have requested to have his account terminated. I have received nothing back from the Agora admin. Just thinking about the timing. Often when Agoracom admin re-instate an account following someone being banned they will often contact the hubleader that processed the violation. Potentially Oz took exception to having his action overturned and requested to have his account terminated.
