Typically, Light Speed, when a very small, but growing manufacturer deals with behemoth companies, they help fund the process (with working capital) if it is something that they need. The fact that POET has something disruptive makes it all that much easier. The initial customers that have made that leap of faith with POET will want them to succeed. So lets say there is a contract drafted up between POET and a large multi-national telecom giant. There could be an initial 30% provided upfront and then further payments in 20% tranches over stipulated periods of time until the order is complete and fulfilled to the customer's satisfaction. There would be no dilution there.
