Another litmus test of sorts.... Let's see how the company responds to this.

You couldn't have sequenced this any worse, 1) Announce Q3 release date 2) tell the shareholders we are having a conference call for an update 3) Wainwright trial balloons a reverse split scenario.

 Management needs to clear the air on this quickly and get back on script because a week is a lifetime on the Venture
