This is the type of developmental integration that has Suresh's finger print on it. Beginning with his time at Global Foundaries, he has always been about integration and inclusion of partners in order the streamline the development process, distribute of financial risk proportionately and then to co-ordinate the flow through.

This move also satisfies PoET's commitment to the Singapore EDB. By partnering with others, the requisite R&D centre in Singapore they committed to will be a reality.
