Was it only common shares and warrants before?  Anything is possible next.  A plain vanilla debt financing?  Convertible stock for debt?  Another offering?  Warrants & Options, etc.,?   Pick your poison.

I really don’t want to pile-on…so…I’ll just add that the SEDAR document is deserving of comments after a deeper read for both the literal and between the lines meaning.  So...not to get upset yet…it is tomorrow and Friday’s CC that determines our common fate in the near future.  This hurts for the moment, but in the absence of more news the sky is only falling around the edges.  I may be a buyer.  TMI
