A pragmatic solution that saves face (in part) for all..the lady is having a bail hearing in Vancouver...when bail is granted ....  jumps bail ... private jet takes her home till this has been resolved. Then the parties can review the files then she can return knowing what the charges are ( as yet undisclosed)...and the deremine what remedies  are available. 

The offence as I understand it ( on its face.. But lots swirling at 2 and 3 levels here). The company traded with Iran...a soverign nation traded with another soverign nation... I am at a loss to see a 3 rd party ( USA) having the authority to prevent this.. So everybody step back and let us look at the facts.

yes the longer this fester in my opinion the greater the risks to Poet...it is. Canadin company and deserves Canada 's protection. Apologies a little off topic but at the macro level something Canadians should watch for to ensure our sovereignty for Canadian firms is exercised .. Tpower
