Capital is the oil that makes the PTI machine run smoothly.  Like others I would prefer a non dilutive infusion but timing is critical.  What we don’t want is the bum’s rush of a capital crisis, we remember all too well the perils of such planning failures, far better to top up on an upbeat than run out of fuel at a critical moment.  Well managed we should not fear this issue. Now that TM is aboard I believe their judgement is enhanced by their past experience.  The publicity surrounding a capital raise may well just be the factor that gets the investment opportunity noticed and creates some impetus.
