So maybe, just maybe, the GaAs tech was never really shelved after all?? Is it too far fetched to say or think that a GaAs Epitaxial Expect would be working on a GaAs tech?

Has anyone ever heard of a "7 year process issue" here before? About "high forward voltage"? I don't.

Question for the techs: Could this be linked to a certain 4th terminal issue, in any way, by any chance??
