The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be the primary support for the sales team, in day-to-day interface with customers, on quoting, taking orders and working with customers on scheduling. CSR will also be responsible for entering orders into the system and working with production to meet customer request dates. He/she will also work with finance on payment and maintain and track the active sales funnel.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Quote to customers & follow up on quotation to close orders
- Order entry and acknowledgement
- Work with internal team to support sample requests. Follow up with customers on status of samples, and work with the sales team to convert them into orders
- Work with production, planning and control to schedule shipment. Work with customer & internal teams to pull in where necessary
- Support the sales team on weekly reports and updates. Prepare material for the weekly revenue calls
- Maintain & update the sales funnel. Help follow through on requests to engineering, ensure on time completion
- Help maintain & update price book, both internal & channel partners
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
- 3-5 years work experience in a similar role
- Strong focus on building customer relationships, and proven ability to support sales team to grow business
- Experience in the Semiconductor industry would be an advantage but not a must
