And, basd on Huawei's history, POET ought to be awfully careful about its IP. As an extension of the Chinese government, Huawei's intentions are to steal/copy everything that is progressive. When you don't believe in the rule of law or IP protection, you do whatever you want and hope you get away with it. If you don't, who cares about judicial rulings or sanctions from Canada?
