Z3, I think you make a very good and valid point - financing could very well be not too far away.  I sure would love to see the price move and get those warrants in play, and make up for some pretty dramatic losses on many (most) other stocks I hold.

It's just the way things work in an overwhelming majority of cases involving developmental tech/biotech.  My other favorite stock (POET is one) just announced a financing after the market closed - disappointed but not surprised.
