That we might not have the people,capacity or money to proceed and keep up if we start getting huge orders. I believe if we have the right product to fill a very big need  ...well then i dont see any problem of getting all the money we need when large purchase orders start coming in.And as the saying goes..with a mountain of money,anything can be accomplished.

And as far as a takeover...well we better get the share price a whole lot higher than what it is...i dont think we have been suffering here for many years to just break even or remain underwater..
