Don't think GF is going bankrupt anytime soon, they are currently looking to fill almost 200 positions, mostly engineering positions in Singapore.  Their employee rating on Glassdoor is middle of the road.  Makes sense that staff are looking for something better, perhaps there is some word of mouth happening at GF to explain why so many are going to PTK.
