I win? It is not about winning is it ? It's a good discussion. A forum to voice our points of view.

I  thought this discussion would lead to the next logical question. Why are such senior people leaving the security of their long term jobs with successsful  established companies? They don't have options and certainly they must be aware that POET is a startup with all the financial risks that are associated with a startup.
