Job Objectives
  • To coordinate production workflow with continuity of raw material supply so as to meet customers demand.
  • To plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
Responsibilities
  • Generates Master Production Schedules and Manufacturing Orders, forecast inventory requirements and optimizing inventory levels with respect to sales forecast and customer demand
  • Participate in the logistics planning and/or contracting for raw materials, WIP and finished product
  • Optimize inventory levels and working capital while supporting targeted customer service levels.

Manufacturing Engineer (Wafer Fab)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Objectives
  • Lead technicians, operators to resolve all line issues affecting the fab performance for a smooth manufacturing process.
Responsibilities
  • Handling & dealing with tracking wafers movement by understanding the whole process and cycle time
  • Improve FAB B (Wafer Process) on time delivery indices
  • Co-ordinate with process and equipment engineers to ensure operators and technicians are properly trained with the correct/good SOP to ensure a good quality control.  
  • Lead and manage the technicians and operators to ensure line issues are resolved timely to ensure production outputs fulfil demand with zero human error.
  • Coordinate with equipment and process engineers to manage all the “change” with manufacturability in check at all time.
  • Ensure a good quality wafres standard and dispose OOC and OOS wafers accordingly to the specification and QA procedure.
  • Take charge of indirect/ direct material (inventory) management to ensure no shortage of materials.
  • Allocation / deployment of operators and anticipation of OT coverage without affecting MOM rule.
  • Handle line related issues to give sound direction and guidance to operators / technicians
  • Knowledge to lead & train the operators / technician to achieve high standard performance
  • Exercise disciplinary actions / control and mutely skill planning to level up operator’s performance
  • Ensure the incoming supply from Fab A are adequate and in time to ensure Fab B can start production wafers on time.
  • Constant review of all the manufacturing SOPs to ensure they are relevant and up to date for smooth and quality manufacturing.    
  • Support Operations Director in ensuring production output meets planner's demand on schedule and escalate if necessary, meeting the schedule is a must.   
  • Prepare reports on analyses, findings, corrective and preventive actions on all the human error.
  • Understand capacity constraint and identify bottleneck machine & pan, strategize wip movement / control to achieve maximum throughput, minimum idle time and maintain linearity and wip balancing
​Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering)
  • A minimum 2 years of experience in wafer fabrication process with some experience in manufacturing/process development or operations management in the field of photonics or semiconductors or telecommunications company
  • Must have wafer processing experience/ knowledge
  • Able to manage operators and technicians
  • Systematic in doing work and able to ensure proper documentation and process consistency.
  • Good problem solving skills

 

Min 2 years (Non-Executive)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Operate of high tech equipment to ensure meeting production output with high yield and good quality.
  • Perform 1st level troubleshooting of any faults
  • Perform basic maintenance and repair jobs of equipment
  • Assist Engineers to ensure proper process records are maintained
  • Provides guidance and work leadership to less-experienced Technicians / Operators.
  • Interfaces with other colleagues concerning quality and assure that effective corrective action or improvement is implemented
Requirement
 
  • Professional Certificate / NiTEC in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronice
  • Able to work in cleanroom environment
  • Able to perform shift duty
  • Meticulous and careful in handling of delicate wafers
  • 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience in Manufacturing sector 
  • Entry Level candidates with understanding in Electrical/Engineering/Electronic/Optical Field
  • Good team player with positive working attitude and able to interact with all level
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
