I think this has been their paln all along....POET never really want to fabricate the chips, at least I don't think so, but they did need the people that could, and Denselight, through their recent hiring, has become that entity, along with Silterra who I believe is still in the mix.

That, and the obvious non-dilutive nature of this transaction regarding POET's future are all positives.
