This is very interesting.

So one of our Partners has deep pockets.

If I understand this correctly, POET will sell the Denselight facility for approx $30M USD.

POET will retain all IP rights.

Looks like POET is going down the path of Licensing the IP (similar to the ARM model).

This would allow the Partner to significantly invest in manufacturing equipment and capacity at a greater rate than POET could, which would be necessary to meet the Partners sales demand.

This would enable POET to benefit from much greater sales ramp whilst not being burdoned by the plant and equipment ramp costs.

There is a lot to like about this.
